3. HIRING PROCESS
3.1. Registration for activities
To participate in our diets, workshops or retreats, the user must:

Enrollment will not be considered confirmed until:
- Payment for the reservation or the total amount, as appropriate, has been received.
- DEJA QUE SUCEDA has sent an express confirmation to the user by email.
- Where appropriate, DEJA QUE SUCEDA has assessed the participant's suitability for the requested activity.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMMITMENTS
4.1. Responsibilities of DEJA QUE SUCEDA
The team is committed to:
- Provide all relevant information about the activities offered.
- Ensure a safe and adequate environment for the development of activities.
- Have qualified personnel to guide experiences.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the personal information provided.
4.2. User Responsibilities
The user undertakes to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your physical and mental health.
- Report any medical treatment, pre-existing condition, or allergies
- Follow the instructions and recommendations of the facilitators during the activities.
- Respect the rules established for each activity or retreat.
- Do not consume unauthorized substances during activities.
4.3. Exemption from liability
The DEJA QUE SUCEDA team will not be responsible for:
- Health problems resulting from incomplete or erroneous information provided by the user.
- Damage caused by non-compliance with the instructions provided.
- Adverse effects resulting from non-compliance with pre-activity and post-activity recommendations
5. LIMITATIONS OF PARTICIPATION
For security reasons, people who:
- Have a diagnosis of severe psychiatric disorders.
- Are being treated with incompatible medications.
- Present any other contraindications that the team deems relevant.
DEJA QUE SUCEDA reserves the right of admission and may refuse participation or interrupt the activity of any person if it believes that it may pose a risk to their health or that of other participants.
6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All the contents of the Website (including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads and software) are the property of the Association or its content providers and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of the contents of the Website without the express authorization of the DEJA QUE SUCEDA is prohibited.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Information on the processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
In addition, the user undertakes to maintain confidentiality about the personal experiences of other participants that they may meet during the activities.

11. SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT MASTER PLANTS
The activities with Amazonian master plants offered by DEJA QUE SUCEDA are carried out in a context of respect for ancient tradition and always in safe and controlled environments, for purposes of personal growth, healing and self-knowledge.
The DEJA QUE SUCEDA team is committed to adequately reporting the possible effects of the plants used in each activity and to providing the necessary preparation and support before, during and after the experiences.
Participants acknowledge that they have been duly informed about the nature of the activities and voluntarily agree to participate in them, assuming personal responsibility for their decision.
